This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Kranium AI (“Kranium”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects payments and processes refunds for products and services available under the Kranium App Suite, including both SaaS and enterprise solutions.
By using our services, you agree to this policy.
Payment Terms
All payments for Kranium products and services must be made in advance as per the chosen subscription or license agreement. We support multiple payment modes, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment gateways.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information. If a payment fails or is delayed, Kranium reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the associated services until the issue is resolved.
For enterprise deployments, payments are subject to contractual terms agreed upon between Kranium and the client.
Subscription Billing
For SaaS products under the Kranium App Suite, subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected during registration or onboarding.
Invoices are issued electronically and shared with the registered email address. Auto-renewal is enabled by default unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Late Payments
If any payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, Kranium may apply late fees or suspend services until the payment is cleared. Repeated delays may result in permanent account suspension or legal recovery processes, including the involvement of third-party agencies.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Kranium are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
Subscription fees for SaaS products
Enterprise deployment and licensing fees
Setup or onboarding fees
Custom development or integration services
Training, consultation, or support packages
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial use, change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the features.
Before subscribing or purchasing, we encourage you to evaluate any available demos, trials, or documentation. If you have questions, our team is available to assist prior to purchase.
Taxes
All fees displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by their jurisdiction.
If Kranium is legally required to collect any taxes, they will be added to the invoice at checkout.
Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, you must contact us within 10 business days of the charge. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
